Great hotel, Only one problem staying for 3 days the room was too small, it would be fine for 1 night.

Lovely hotel and nice staff. Could do with sound proof windows as road noise woke me up every day.

Generally very pleased with our stay- A microwave would have been great and we found sat night very noisy on this floor. Also our room wasn't dark enough. Blinds too light. No local t.v channels.

Noisy guests and banging of doors late at night was annoying. Blinds too light and do not help rooms dark at night and early morning.

It was a great place to stay- Very central and convenient for trams and walking distance to cafes and points of interest.

Very clean and quiet. We all loved the stay and will be back.

All that was needed but more light in bathroom would be great (above mirror).

Room and bed too small for 2 people especially 6ft and changed my booking date easily. Breakfast and dining room great. Nice staff in Kitchen.

Very enjoyable would like to see better lighting in shared bathrooms (for makeup). Shelves in shower room so clothes etc arn't on floor. Racks for suitcases would be good in rooms without wardrobes

Lovely Room-Compact but all we need-curtain would help with early light (block out). Very helpful on the reception. All in all-excellent certainly to be recommended.

Very polite and pleasant staff starting with the receptionist.

Larger TV and quieter room if available. Some computer issues at check in.

Value for money was good & location to MCG and city ideal. Room facilities were suitable& certainly satisfactory.Buffet was OK as part of package. Big negative was lack of privacy due to thin walls. We could hear neighbours coughing and laughing.

Loved that the meals were affordable and happy hour (drinks were very weak though)

Clean friendly nice decor- wow factor- nice coffee nice bed. Would be better but expensive for double glazed windows- noisy intil 3am- great breakfast

Very satisfied - a couple of minor points >TV in room didnt appear t be tuned correctly and safe in room 201 giving low battery

Wonderful, but a few different things on some days for breakfast. (Porridge, fruit bread, F/salad, Strawberry). Light over hand basin (makeup).

Rooms were fine , staff were great, breakfast was great and pub meals were very reasonable- however got very little sleep- windows need to be sound proofed can hear every bit of traffic and talking outside all night and allowed too much light in. Would stay again in rear room

Good location- all the facilities we required. Room was scrupulously clean. Lovely friendly service.

Ran out of maple syrup for pancakes (sorry trivial) parking facilities ok

Lighting in rooms is dull. No rack to hang towels in bathroom also at breakfast there were no tea bags only plunger tea

Too much street /traffic noise, room too small, room too bright
